a selection of my work

I have created a lot of things in the last decade, but not all of it is coming with me for the rest of the journey.
I also work in multiple projects and not all of them would fit in here. But I am so grateful for the publications I’ve made, the incredible people I’ve interviewed, the local activist groups I founded, and the great people I get to collaborate with.

Below is a selection of some of my current and previous work. Head to “words” to see my portfolio.

I’m always open to new ideas and collaborations, so hit me up if you feel we could create together!

WAVES

WAVES

Here, we are allowed to breathe, think, rest, to live joyfully and beautifully whilst still being aware of the systemic oppressions that inhabit our bodies and environments.
— Virginia Vigliar

Waves.

This is a labour of love. WAVES is a knowledge powerhouse for anyone who wants to question the paradigms we live in through a process rooted in care, joy, and beauty. By infusing feminist theory, ecology, social justice, ritual, spells, exclusive interviews, curated sensorial rituals, and playlists, WAVES caters to a wide audience of people who want to decondition and question oppressive systems.

In WAVES, I coined the idea of poetic antidotes: manifestations of joy, art, and beauty through a context of political awareness. Get your dose by subscribing.

The Art Corner

The Art Corner

The Art Corner is a column that showcases engaging conversations with emerging artists worldwide, covering a wide range of art forms, from contemporary painting to digital art. I have featured artists who have graced the pages of prestigious publications like The New Yorker and Vogue. Our spotlight has also shone on talents recognized by art institutions like Beers London and Gasworks, as well as cultural platforms such as Triple Canopy, Public Parking, NTS, Atmos, and more. Explore our in-depth interviews and discover the narratives weaved with these exceptional artists.

This is a project that was born in January 2021 and was financed by the New Media Advocacy Project until July 2023. It is currently looking for a new home.

The Tilt is a Magazine powered by the New Media Advocacy Project. Here, we reframe, reflect, and question narratives around social justice through a poetic lens.

This project ran from 2014 to 2021. WIB covered human rights, gender, LGBT, women and climate from those connected. More than 10,000 people were visiting the site every month. As my work evolved, the project was closed down, but we have created an archive of articles on Medium. Only later, I realised this had been a first seedling for what I am doing now.
