Writing the Body: A workshop for creatives to get out of their minds

Writing the Body is a transformative workshop that guides writers and creatives on a journey to reconnect with their bodies. In a world dominated by logic and intellectual pursuits, this workshop invites participants to embark on a revolutionary act – embracing the wisdom that arises when we inhabit our physical selves. Through creative prompts, dialogue, inspiration, and movement, we will write the body together. This is a monthly encounter, and can also be offered to groups of more than 10 people. Workshop: An Ecological Approach to Masculinity

Join a group of diverse folks in exploring Masculinity from an Ecological perspective. The topic of masculinity spills onto many others: power, emotions, vulnerability, and systemic violence. As we see the results of what an extractive patriarchal society has led to (violence, war, climate disasters) it becomes fundamental to unpack and understand how we look at masculinity and explore a more ecological approach to the topic.

Cosmic Awe: Sensorial Workshop

In this immersive workshop, participants will embark on a journey to decolonise our connection to the sky through a combination of sensory experiences and creative rituals. Participants will engage in a sensorial journey, ritual construction, dialogue and reflective writing to share stories about celestial constellations and creatures to deepen their connection to the cosmos and understand its ancestral power both from a perspective of direction and of exploration.
This workshop is hosted by KOSMICA Institute and curated by me. In Berlin, we had the honour of having Chris Paxton (artist & chef) curate the blind tasting.

Holding Discomfort: Sensorial Workshop

Designed in Collaboration with Somatic Facilitator Fia Wagner, this immersive workshop uses sensorial stimulation, movement, and writing as a channel to discover the emotions behind our climate grief. You can see how our last workshop went here.
