On Silence

This piece took me between 6 months and 4 hours, it needed to evolve in time. I needed the silence to understand the power of it, and it’s intrinsically political nature. What are the silent rebellions happening? What do they mean? Sneak peak:

At the beginning of the year, I made a commitment to reclaiming the feminine through new narratives, and in this reflection I am going to look at why silence and introspection are key.⁣
.⁣
In this essay, I examine the power of silence and introspection as revolutionary tools. ⁣
.⁣

I would like you to think of this silence as feminine: poised, graceful, patient, introspective and at the same time assertive, irremovable and powerful.
